Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
    4 celery stalks, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    parsley, chopped
    Italian style bread crumbs
    wedge of Romano cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    3 slices bread, soaked and squeezed
Preparation
    Mix all items in large mixing bowl.
    Shape into balls; brown. Just before sauce is done, drop in meat balls.
    Practice makes perfect.
