Chester Stew(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef, cut into small pieces
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 medium onions, sliced
    6 carrots, cut as desired
    1 tsp. chopped garlic or 1 garlic bud
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine in order given in a large casserole (with lid) or a Dutch oven.
    Stir.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 about 5 hours.
    Serve with rice, French bread and salad.
