Spareribs With Onion Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork spareribs
    3 c. sliced onions
    4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. chili sauce or tomato catsup
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
    2 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut ribs into 3 to 4 rib pieces.
    Place into foil-lined jelly roll pan well apart and roast at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Drain off fat.
    Arrange ribs in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
