Nocciolette (Hazelnut Delights) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. sherry, whiskey, brandy or rum
    1 1/4 c. chopped hazelnuts
    2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Cream butter, confectioners sugar and honey.
    Add sherry, whiskey or etc., and blend well.
    Add nuts and flour.
    Knead dough until smooth.
    Pinch off pieces of dough the size of a walnut and roll into balls.
