Bananas Foster - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 bananas
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. white wine

Preparation

Slice bananas.
Sprinkle lemon juice over bananas; set aside. Melt butter.
Add sugar; stir well.
Add the bananas, cinnamon and wine; heat until warm.
Serve over ice cream.
