Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Blend oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beat after each.
    Sift all dry ingredients and add 1/3 at a time, beating after each.
    Fold in carrots and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, approximately 40 minutes.
