Light Cheddar Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 won-ton wrappers
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
    1/8 tsp. poppy seeds
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Stack the won-ton wrappers.
    Cut the stack lengthwise into fourths, making 48 strips.
    Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.
    Then spray the paper or foil with non-stick spray.
    Add the won-ton strips in a single layer so the edges are not touching.
    Brush the won-ton strips with the Worcestershire sauce.
    Sprinkle each strip with 1/2 teaspoon of the cheese.
    Then sprinkle with the poppy seeds.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
    Yield:
    48 straws (4 per serving).
