Pastry Crust(Single) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 to 4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Stir together flour and salt.
    Cut in shortening until it looks like peas.
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon water and toss with fork; repeat until all moist and form ball.
    Can use right away or chill for better results.
