Easy Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large apples, peeled and sliced
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Pillsbury pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients as well as lemon juice.
    Pour apples into mixture and coat very well.
    Using pie shell directions, pour apples into shell.
    Put the top pie shell on and cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until apples are tender and the crust is brown.
    Serve with ice cream and caramel topping if you like.
