Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. chopped spinach (frozen)
    1 stick margarine
    2 large onions
    1 c. half and half (you can use milk)
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    2 c. mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Allow spinach to thaw completely.
    Squeeze the water from the spinach.
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Layer spinach, sliced eggs, mushrooms and cheese.
    You can mix the 1 cup of half and half or milk with the soup before you layer each.
    Mix sauteed onions and margarine with soup also.
    Add crumbled crackers or Ritz on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
