Flavorful Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese, shredded
4 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz. American cheese, shredded
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. grated onion
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. paprika

Preparation

Combine all cheeses and put aside.
Combine pecans, pimento, salt, garlic, onion and Tabasco sauce.
Mix together cheeses and pecan mixture in food processor or mixer. Shape into a ball. Combine chili powder and paprika and spread on wax paper.
Roll ball in mixture to coat.
Chill at least 4 to 5 hours.
Serves about 10 to 12.
