Oatmeal Drop Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1/3 c. corn oil
1/3 c. egg substitute
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Stir together first 4 ingredients.
Add brown sugar and oats and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and stir vigorously until well moistened.
Drop by level tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
