Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (turkey or lite)
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Add bread, cheese, mustard and salt. Combine beaten eggs and milk; add to meat mixture.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate overnight.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
