Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 onion, chopped
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with some salt until tender.
    Drain; cool.
    Mix together with onion and eggs.
    Combine remaining ingredients and stir into the potatoes.
    Place in a bowl; sprinkle with paprika. Flavors blend if allowed to set awhile.
