Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, cut up into 1-inch pieces
    1 green pepper, cut up into 1-inch pieces
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. pineapple juice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown chicken and peppers; set aside.
    In saucepan mix together brown sugar and cornstarch, add pineapple juice and vinegar.
    Heat, stirring constantly.
    When thick add the remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 30 minutes; add chicken and peppers, simmer 30 minutes more and serve over rice.
