Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix (with pudding)
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix and bake cake as directed on package. When cake is baked, poke holes in cake with toothpick.
    Pour crushed pineapple with juice over warm cake and spread evenly.
    Mix vanilla pudding as directed on package and add cream cheese.
    Mix until smooth and spread over cake. Layer Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle heavily with coconut.
