Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1/2 gal. whole milk
Preparation

Beat eggs in electric
mixer
until
they
are light in color. Add sugar to eggs and beat at high speed until mixture is thick. Add
vanilla,
salt
and
evaporated milk; continue beating until sugar
is
dissolved.
Mix
thoroughly into the whole milk. Freeze.
(If
frozen or canned fruit is added, it must be well drained.)
