Bulgur-Rice Pilaf(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. bulgur wheat
    1/2 c. chopped carrot
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. long grain rice
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Note: Precooked cracked wheat (bulgur) adds a nutty flavor to this dish.
