Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. soft oleo
1/2 c. regular oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely chopped zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips or more

Preparation

Cream together soft oleo, regular oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
Beat together with mixer.
Mix together and then add and beat well unsifted flour, baking powder, soda, cocoa, cloves and cinnamon.
Stir in zucchini.
Spoon mixture into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
