Chicken Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken thighs, skinned
    1 to 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. apple juice
    1/3 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Heat oil in nonstick skillet over a medium-high heat. Add chicken and lightly brown on all sides, turning frequently for about 6 to 7 minutes.
