Corned Beef Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corned beef
1 large onion, sliced
1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
1 can Del Monte Savory Sensations Rio Grande vegetables in spicy sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 (16 oz.) bag gumbo blend vegetables
6 c. water
Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
2 medium potatoes, diced
Preparation

Put can of corned beef, 6 cups water and onion on and boil until corned beef blends into water and onion is softened. Add all other ingredients, except potatoes. Cook 30 to 45 minutes and then add potatoes. Cook this down to be as thick as desired. Add any seasoning you desire.
