Yellow Squash Muffins(Easy And Yummy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (approximately 2 c.) squash, sweet potatoes or probably even mashed potatoes, boiled, mashed and drained
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix warm squash with melted butter and egg.
    Combine flour and other ingredients.
    Stir in squash mixture just until moistened.
    Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
