Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    3 eggs (save 2 egg whites for icing)
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 oranges, grated
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 egg whites
    1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar together two times.
    Cream margarine. Add eggs, gradually add flour/sugar mixture and milk.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake on 350\u00b0 in 3 or 4 layers until tests done.
