Saucy Ham And Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. ham, cut into slices
    6 c. cooked potatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk.
    Cook stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Toss with potatoes in cheese sauce.
    Add ham.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
