Strawberry Bread With Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. red food coloring
Preparation

Reserve 1/2 cup strawberry juice for spread.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Make a hole in the center of the mixture. Pour strawberries, oil and eggs into the hole. Mix by hand until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Add food coloring. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool.
