Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans creamed corn
    2 eggs
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 onion, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 doz. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook
    green pepper and onions in butter, then add flour and seasonings\tto
    green
    pepper.
    This prevents pepper from going to the
    bottom of casserole.\tThen add corn, milk and 1 dozen crackers,
    then
    add remaining crackers on top and cook until firm.
    Serves about 6.
