Greek Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 crushed garlic clove
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/4 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
    2 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
    1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
    pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to room temperature and combine in mixer. (Do not use blender or processor.)
    Allow time for flavors to blend.
    Serve with crackers, toast or hot bread.
    Makes 12 servings.
