Ingredients

2 c. whipping cream
2 envelopes lime gelatin
4 tsp. water
2/3 c. lime juice
2 c. sugar
8 eggs, separated
Preparation

Whip cream and refrigerate.
Soften gelatin in water.
Heat slowly to dissolve and cool.
Add juice.
Beat egg yolks with sugar.
Blend in juice and gelatin mixture.
Whip egg whites and stir in cream.
