Dill Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese (room temperature)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in water.
Combine in mixing bowl the cottage cheese, sugar, onion, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast.
Add flour to form stiff dough, beating well after each addition.
Cover.
Let rise until light and doubled in size (50 or 60 minutes).
Stir down dough and turn into warmed greased 8-inch round casserole (2-quart) or 2 (1 pound) coffee cans.
Let rise in warm place until light, 30 or 40 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Brush with butter and salt.
