Five-Flavor Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. rum extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. butter extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
5 eggs, well beaten
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Cream butter, shortening and sugar in large mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
Add flavorings; beat well.
Beat in eggs.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with evaporated milk.
Spoon into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes.
Invert onto serving plate.
Yield:
16 servings.
