Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. coconut
    2 bananas, diced
Preparation
    Mix
    oil,
    sugar,
    eggs and vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients; mix
    well.\tAdd
    fruit and nuts.
    Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.\tCool.
