Pink Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 can salmon, mashed with fork real fine
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. horseradish mustard
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 drops liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Cool in refrigerator.
    Roll in pecan pieces in a long roll with wax paper or shape in a loaf pan.
    Serve with crackers.
