Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pillsbury cranberry quick bread mix
    1 c. chopped cranberries
    1/2 c. peeled chopped apples
    1 c. apple juice
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1/3 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Grease and flour loaf pans.
    Combine all ingredients except almonds.
    Stir 50 to 75 strokes by hand until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Pour into loaf pans.
    Sprinkle and pat almonds on loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Cool in pans on rack for 15 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool completely before serving.
