Zucchini Cake With Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Sift together first 6 ingredients.
    Cream next 5 ingredients together.
    Combine the 2 mixtures together.
    Gradually add zucchini, nuts and chips.
    Pour into greased 10 x 15-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
