Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, halved and skinned
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 c. jellied cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar or cider vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. water
1 green bell pepper, cut in long strips
Preparation

Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Place in a baking dish.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine pineapple juice, cranberry sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and broth.
Mix cornstarch and water.
Stir until smooth.
Add to sauce mixture.
Cook until thickened.
Add pineapple chunks and pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 35 minutes.
Add pepper strips.
Bake another 5 minutes.
