Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked Minute rice
8 oz. Velveeta
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
1 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation

Cook rice.
Simmer butter, onion and broccoli, stirring occasionally.
Once broccoli is soft, add milk, soup and cheese. Cook until all cheese is melted.
Be sure to stir.
Add rice. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or microwave on High for 10 minutes, rotating after the first 5 minutes.
This will thicken as it cools.
