Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. bag broccoli
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    3 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute frozen chopped broccoli in 4 tablespoons butter.
    Add chopped onions and celery and saute.
    Mix vegetables, rice, soup, water, milk and Cheez Whiz well.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    You may use more rice.
