Nutty Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. canola oil
4 beaten eggs
2 c. sliced strawberries
1 2/3 c. pecans

Preparation

Stir first 6 ingredients together; make a well in center. Combine oil, eggs, berries and nuts in a separate bowl; stir.
Pour this mixture into well.
Stir until moistened.
Dump into 2 greased bread pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
