Curried Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
    2 to 3 c. fresh broccoli, cut up, lightly steamed and drained
    1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl except bread crumbs, butter and cheese.
    Mix bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl.
    Pour contents of large bowl into greased, 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and then cheese. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 until heated through (30 minutes to 1 hour), then remove lid and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Serve over rice or in pastry shells.
    Serves 4 to 6.
