Freeze Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. silver queen (white) corn
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    butter
Preparation
    Take 2 pints of corn which has been cut off the cob and place in a saucepan with 3/4 pint of water, sugar and salt.
    Bring to boil and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until corn changes color. Cool and package and put in freezer; it will keep well for 1 year.
