Asilomar Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

German chocolate cake mix (I use Betty Crocker)
1 pkg. (14 oz.) Kraft caramels
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Melt caramels, margarine and milk in double boiler.
It takes awhile.
Mix well and set aside.
