Chicken Salad(Low-Fat!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped red or green sweet pepper
    1/4 c. shredded carrot
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. lower-calorie mayonnaise
    1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel (optional)
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    dash of salt
    2 to 3 tsp. skim milk
    4 medium tomatoes
Preparation
    In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the chicken, celery, sweet pepper, carrot and onion.
