Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded zucchini
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease 2 loaf pans.
    Blend all ingredients on low speed, using hand mixer for 1 minute.
    Beat at medium speed for 1 minute.
    Pour into pans and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes and then remove from pans.
