Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Mix margarine, oil, sugar, vanilla and egg in large bowl until it turns to cream.
Then add rest of ingredients, stir well.
Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
Grease bottom of pan.
Dip in sugar, flatten thin.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
