Bread Pudding With Whiskey Sauce* * * * * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    5 c. French bread cubes
    1/3 c. raisins
    butter flavored vegetable cooking spray
    Whiskey Sauce
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients, beating with a wire whisk.
    Add bread and raisins; stir well.
    Spoon mixture into 8 (6 ounce) custard cups coated with spray.
    Place cups in a large shallow pan; add hot water, to a depth of 3/4-inch, to pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Spoon Whiskey Sauce over pudding.
