Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large dressed hen
    2 c. rich milk
    salt
    red and black pepper
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. milk
    rich biscuit dough
    butter
Preparation
    Cover dressed hen with cold water and let boil gently until tender.
    There should be about 2 cups broth left when chicken is cooked.
    When cool, remove meat from bones and cut in not too small pieces; add to the 2 cups broth.
    Boil 2 cups rich milk; add to the chicken, then season with salt, red pepper and black pepper.
