Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cornmeal
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. chili peppers, chopped
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. melted fat or oil
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients; then add eggs and corn.
    Next, add vegetables, milk and oil.
    Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased pan.
    Top with 1/2 of the cheese.
    Pour remaining batter into pan and top with rest of cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
