Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 large onion
    1 c. cheese chips (Cheese It snack crackers)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender in water; drain and mash.
    Brown onion in oil; add to squash.
    Cook for a few minutes.
    Add cheese chips, salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
    Put in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
