Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 pork chops (pan-fried)
1 to 2 c. uncooked rice
1 large bell pepper, cut into rings
1 large onion, cut into rings
1 to 2 cans sliced tomatoes, not drained
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Preparation

Spray a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish with nonstick spray.
Evenly distribute the rice on the bottom of the dish.
Layer the pork chops, then bell pepper rings, onion rings and tomatoes (with liquid).
Add Worcestershire sauce evenly over top to taste. Add enough water to cover rice and partially cover pork chops. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until rice and veggies are done.
