Sauerkraut Casserole - Kalamazoo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut, rinse and squeeze out liquid
1 medium can tomatoes, drained
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
Preparation

Toss ingredients together and put into a casserole dish.
Dot butter on top.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
This is much better than you would expect.
It improves when reheated.
